At SenseofSelf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of undamaged merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@senseofself.co. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Please note that we do require a video of the product opening to be submitted along with the return request, this is to ensure that the product was not used or damaged before being returned.
Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling fees and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the SenseofSelf wallet.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items that do not meet the above-stated requirements.
